Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Hello, EntrepreneurPedia. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Dev Pragad, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:

avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);

Okay, please guide through. I’ll do it. I’m going to be editing more articles the people or brands companies I dont personally know them, but I’ve special interest such as Zerodha, Shaadi.com, Binance any more. They have a lot more things needs to be added as well aa their founder’s profiles (articles). Do I have to disclose? Even about Dev I dont know him personally. I know him as in He’s recently visited to India thats where I got to learn about him, and I was trying to search more how he started etc. but the wikipedia article lacks the information about it. Okay, Thank for letting me know. How do I check which link is spam and which isnt? As I found that link in the news section for IIT ecell. Wanted to add references as the original article has barely 2-3 or less. EntrepreneurPedia (talk) 21:19, 29 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia:Requests for page protection[edit]
