Thanks! I will make a few edits about military service and let you know when done. Feel free to change/cleanup if you like. I'm having a hard time finding any details about his military service in reliable sources other than ROTC in college, and I will comment about that on the Talkpage. Consider becoming Autopatrolled

Hello, Engineerchange. I've seen you editing recently and you seem like an experienced Wikipedia editor. Would you please consider applying to become an Autopatrolled editor? Editors with a good history of creating clean articles can obtain this user right which would significantly reduce the workload on our New page patrolling process. @Doug Weller: appreciate the note, didn't realize a sockpuppet investigation was filed, but definitely was suspect of them being the same person. Honestly, I'd appreciate a second pair of eyes on John Speed (Kentucky); I thought the addition of large quotations was superfluous to getting across the point, but just don't know.
