NY State Laws and Electric Motorcycles and Scooters[edit]

Your recent addition to the "disadvantages" section of the Electric motorcycles and scooters article is not accurate. If you read the link you are posting as a reference, you will see that the scooters refered to in the link are stand-up scooters that can be powered by electric motors or internal combustion engines. The electric scooters and motorcycles discussed in the article can be registered under New York state law, as long as they meet the requirements set up for scooters and motorcycles.
