Enclave and exclave

Hello! I tried to use the Talk feature on the article, but I couldn't figure out how to add a question or topic. Regarding my editing http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enclave_and_exclave?diff=549217996 I can say that there's a railway track between the two countries, although it needs repair. It also appears in it's own article here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arica%E2%80%93La_Paz_railway Hence, I think the original wording " though a rail route could be devised via Peru or Chile." is inaccurate, since the line is already there, but needing repairs.

Hello, I'm Joelsabio. I presently maintain the Wiki page of my hometown Polangui, Albay. I wonder if there is any way that I can make it as a semi-protected page? The information included there were self-acquired and it took me for so long to track down pertinent records. I just want to secure them so as to benefit others who need such data.  Declined Wikipedia is for everyone to edit. While you have worked hard on the article, and I commend you, you do not WP:OWN the article nor should that be the reason to restrict others the same rights to edit it. We have people such as yourself who monitor pages, and if persistent vandalism becomes a problem, the it can be temporarily semi-protected. See WP:RPP. Mkdw^talk 05:42, 16 May 2013 (UTC)

Anti vandalism

I've read a bit about rollback before... I guess I'm unclear on why it's there. I have no need for a permission I don't need just because it's there, and it seems to me that the functionality is duplicated or even superceded by Twinkle. The only thing I have noticed is that it's required in order to use Huggle, so my assumption right now is that being granted rollback permission is essentially being granted Huggle permission - am I right on that? (And if so, what exactly does Huggle do? I learn best by doing, so the sweeping statements in the manual about "monitoring recent changes and fighting vandalism" aren't all that helpful without being able to play around with it.) --ElHef (Meep?) 17:02, 24 May 2013 (UTC)

I don't actually know what Huggle does either - never used it because it doesn't work on Mac. Rollback was just a suggestion, but if you're happy with using TW, I certainly wouldn't want to force a user right on you that you don't want or need. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 00:48, 25 May 2013 (UTC)

Heh, understood. I'm not opposed to having it, and I know that there are a lot of people using things like Huggle and STiki, so I'm not dismissing it either. If I find myself wanting to explore some other options I'll definitely take a look at rollback. Pinon, Arizona

I do not think you have been to Pinon. there is no source to add, but I know what my hometown looks like. I am trying to tell people about building roads to pinon, az as this will only help with their trip planning.

I understand that you're only trying to do good for your hometown. However, Wikipedia's core content policies prohibit original research (defined as any material for which no reliable, published sources exist) and require that all material be verifiable to other readers and editors of the encyclopedia. Even if you know something to be true, it must also be verifiable in order to be added to Wikipedia. Until you're able to cite a reliable source to support the information you would like added, it cannot be added to Wikipedia. --ElHef (Meep?) 21:02, 27 May 2013 (UTC)

Is it possible add to Involution article

It's possible, sure. I'm not at all familiar with the subject area so I can't comment on the content. The problems you've been having are because you're not adding finished content to a live article. If you're going to edit articles, you need to be adding finished, encyclopedic content to the article. Adding suggestions, recommendations, misspelled words, information that is misplaced, etc is not going to stay in an article very long. Remember that whatever you put into the article goes out for everyone to see. I would recommend trying out your edits on a sandbox page first. Look at what the edit looks like finished. If you think it is a finished product that belongs in an encyclopedia article, go ahead and make the edit in the live article.
