meh[edit]

@Doug Weller wow... i honestly don't know what to say. :/

this really means a lot for me, and i will try my best to make this count.

i don't know how i will repay for this, a thank you won't be enough.

i will make sure that you won't regret this.

thank you. Ehsan iq (talk) 20:51, 29 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

hello @Deskana
i don't mean to bother you, but my main account have been unblocked.
do i still have to wait 3 months for the IP range block to expire?.
cause i am done with sock-puppetry for good. Ehsan iq (talk) 21:08, 29 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I'm definitely not going to unblock your IP considering your history. If Doug Weller wishes to do that, that's his call. --Deskana (talk) 22:28, 29 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
but i was basically blocked for 8 months, because even the edits of my other accounts were reverted after i got blocked. Ehsan iq (talk) 04:02, 30 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

i respect your decision not to unblock my IP.

and if Doug wanted to back out of his decision, then i would respect that as well. Ehsan iq (talk) 04:08, 30 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@RickinBaltimore sorry for the annoyance.

but it's been 3 months since I've given my unblock reason, and i was wondering if you could review it.

I've been waiting for over 3 months when i didn't even correctly submit my unblock request...

@Doug Weller again, i don't mean to impose on you. i seriously do not know any active admins that would respond back other than you.

i am trying to know if my unblock request was correctly filed or not.

Request reason:

i want to say that i apologize, i did Vandalize the Iran-Iraq war page, but i stopped doing that after i got my warning. even tho i've taken editing on this website for granted, and for that i was rightfully blocked. i just find it a bit over the top to give me an indefinite block. a temporary block, even if it's for 6 months or even a year is fine by me. this is my first ever account on Wikipedia and i was completely ignorant when it comes to this site laws, i assure you that if I've been forgiven, i will never Vandalize and abide every single rule. and if i didn't, then an indefinite block is completely justified.

Decline reason:

Given the level of multiple account abuse, you are de facto community banned from Wikipdia. The Standard Offer is now pretty much your only available route back to editing. Yunshui  08:18, 30 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Unblocked[edit]

Hopefully you'll never be blocked again. Sometimes it takes a few hours for the IP block to expire. Doug Weller talk 14:12, 29 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • @Doug Weller: Are you sure about this unblock? This user has a history at SPI and was abusing multiple accounts fewer than seven days ago via User:Nacirian. The hard block on the user's IP range will also need undoing if you're sure you want to proceed down this route. Let me know if you need any additional information from me. --Deskana (talk) 22:28, 29 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Deskana well, in my defense. the sole reason for the rest of my accounts getting blocked is because it's linked to this account, nothing else.
my second account (Dovahkiiniq) got blocked because i admitted that my original account is Ehsan iq, the third (Arabos) ended the same.
after the fourth one (WeWuzPhoenicians) got reported, I've noticed the "sock-puppetry" investigation page of my original account, and that's when i realized that i shouldn't be creating other accounts, as i didn't know that it was against wikipedia laws.
after (WeWuzPhoenicians) got blocked, i logged into my first account and filed an unblock request.
at the same time i created my fifth account (Kingesh), and tried my best to not attract attention.
after a month i created my sixth account (Nacirian) as a second backup account, with "different" editorial interests.
after that, my OCD kicked in, and i went and did the exact same edit of my second account (Dovahkiiniq) using the fifth one (Kingesh).[1]
after i did that, i knew that I've attracted attention, and that edit alone can be enough to file a sock-puppetry report against my fifth account.
so a few days later, i created my seventh and last account (Umayyadinian). as a third backup account.
amazingly, i created the user page putting "k." only, literally the same as that of (Nacirian).
cause i am very intelligent. :/
and that led to my last active account (Nacirian) getting blocked.
this is basically my history on this website, it's filled with ignorance and borderline autism.
and i am ashamed of it.
so, i am hoping i would get a second chance. as from now on, i won't take editing on this site for granted.
PS: i started being a serious editor and a contributor on this website with (Kingesh), as by that time i knew most of the laws. Ehsan iq (talk) 03:52, 30 August 2018 (UTC)I[reply]

You have been blocked from editing indefinitely for abusing multiple accounts. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Doug Weller talk 05:08, 30 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Doug Weller uhm... what should i do now?. Ehsan iq (talk) 08:57, 30 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
You should wait six months, not use any sockpuppets in that period, and then you can ask for an unblock. This is called the standard offer. Any sockpuppets you use during that period will basically reduce your chance of ever getting unblocked to zero. The rest is up to you. Best of luck. --Deskana (talk) 09:21, 30 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
So far as I know you're only blocked from enwiki. There are other projects where you could work and demonstrate your ability to edit without problems. That would help. Doug Weller talk 11:00, 30 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Doug Weller, @Deskana

don't mean to bother you, this is my last question.

don't you guys find that "6 months" is an unreasonably long period?

is there any chance of making it 3 or 4?

i was already blocked for 8 months, this extends it to 14 months...

that's unreasonable. Ehsan iq (talk) 02:01, 31 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Six months is the period that has long been agreed upon by the community. Since staying away for even 24 hours appears to be a problem for you, I have helpfully removed your access to this page. You can appeal via UTRS no earlier than March 31st, 2019. Yunshui  07:50, 31 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
It's six months without sockpuppetry, so it keeps getting extended because you keep evading the block using sockpuppets. As I said above, if you can stick to it, then it will demonstrate your ability to comply with policy, and you should get unblocked. Again, good luck. --Deskana (talk) 08:05, 31 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Doug Weller, @Deskana

hello there, it's been about 6 months since the wait time for my unblock request have ended.

but i don't know what to do here, since i can't apply for an unblock request, cause i have no access to this page.

basically i can't even edit my own talk page, so any suggestions on how to go thru this, would be very helpful!. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 37.237.70.29 (talk) 12:38, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Yunshui

hello, my wait has ended, but it seems that you've removed my access to my own page, for god knows what reason.

i've said in my last message that it was my last question, and i haven't edited since.

there was no need to block me from my own talk page.

now i can't request an unblock request, cause i can't edit my own talk page.

so, how would i go through this?. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 37.237.71.15 (talk) 18:32, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Six months reset due to the above evasion. 331dot (talk) 20:00, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
You need to use WP:UTRS. Evading your block as an IP editor is not a good idea, even if it's to post to your talk page. Please follow the instructions on the page that I linked and stop editing from IP addresses. If nobody told you how to appeal the block, it's understandable that you'd be confused, but this is not how to do it. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 20:08, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@NinjaRobotPirate
can i at least have the permission to remove my account and it’s sock puppet’s from this website?
can you remove my accounts and it’s edits from Wikipedia?.
I don’t think i am gonna wait another 6 months. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 37.237.70.7 (talk) 22:04, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It's impossible to delete accounts or reassign edits. You seem to be having trouble understanding how to appeal, so I'll restore your talk page access. I would strongly suggest that you log in, make an unblock request, and stop editing from IP addresses. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 22:29, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@NinjaRobotPirate so what now?
should i make an unblock request?. Ehsan iq (talk) 08:25, 5 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, just make a normal unblock request here on your talk page. You don't have to use UTRS any more. Read through Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks first, and use {{unblock}}. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 09:00, 5 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@NinjaRobotPirate alright, thank you!. Ehsan iq (talk) 09:02, 5 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Doug Weller Hello, sorry for the disturbance, i’ve been blocked for 5 years, i still think it’s too harsh to give a user that had no knowledge of the rules on Wikipedia an indefinite block from first notice… a week, a month, even a year or two makes more sense. I understand that i’ve broken more rules by making more accounts, but again, i honestly didn’t know the rules, i was new, and 18 years of age at the time, i’ve waited two years after my first block, and made an unblock request of which you’ve said you’d look into, i am still waiting honestly, as my block request from 3 years still haven’t been reviewed. I honestly would appreciate your suggestion on what can i do to make an appeal, the last time I’ve logged in was 3 years ago, so i am still stale on the usage. Ehsan iq (talk)

@Doug Weller after taking the time to read my talk page, i now remembered that you’ve actually did review my block and then have blocked me again, a misunderstanding from my part, excuse my memory. Ehsan iq (talk)
I'm inclined to unblock but I need to ask the last person who blocked you, @NinjaRobotPirate: what do you think? Doug Weller talk 10:36, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Make an unblock request. I don't know what you did above, but it looks like you might have substituted the template, like "{{subst:unblock}}", which probably causes all kinds of problems. I can fix it. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 15:05, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@NinjaRobotPirate: Thanks. Ehsan iq (talk)

Uhm, now what? @NinjaRobotPirate: Ehsan iq (talk)

Based on technical data, I see no immediately obvious instances of block evasion. However, the unblock request is disingenuous. This user clearly knew about WP:SOCK and WP:EVADE and kept on doing it. After all, they were caught evading their block multiple times. That needs to be directly addressed. Until this is directly addressed, there's no chance we will be lifting the block. --Yamla (talk) 15:35, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Yamla how did i know that creating multiple accounts is against the rules? If i did have knowledge of this as you claimed, then i obviously wouldn’t create any account after getting blocked, because what’s the point if it would be easily identifiable and then i would get blocked non the less. I was blocked indefinitely for vandalism, of which I stopped doing after getting my first notice, and then, to my memory, i used foul language against some editor, which led to my first account getting an indefinite block. When i saw that my account was indefinitely blocked, I didn’t know that I could appeal my block, cause I thought indefinitely means indefinitely :/. That’s why i made multiple accounts… I stand firm with the fact that I didn’t know any of the laws on Wikipedia, the only thing I knew was how to edit, nothing less, and nothing more. Ehsan iq (talk)

That excuse simply won't work. Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ehsan iq/Archive shows multiple instances of block evasion. The first one, maybe. Maybe. I mean, it's a stretch, but maybe. After that, though, you clearly knew. Claiming you didn't counts substantially against any possibility you will ever be unblocked. Now is the time to admit you did know your block evasion was inappropriate and did it anyway. And then explain how we can trust you now. Anything less and there's no chance you'll be unblocked. I want to be very, very clear. Anything less and I'll immediately decline your unblock request. --Yamla (talk) 15:58, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yamla, I think I see (below) an acknowledgement of the socking, and a quick CU shows no further infractions. I really don't have much of an opinion on this particular case, BTW. Thanks, Drmies (talk) 14:42, 7 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah. I'm not inclined to lift the block myself but I think you are correct, both on the acknowledgement of socking and on the CU findings, which I've just verified. --Yamla (talk) 19:31, 7 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Yamla Plus, as you can clearly see, I haven’t done anything wrong in the past 4 years.

Don’t you think that blocking someone indefinitely for using foul language is a bit harsh? Cause i’ve seen a-lot more editors saying much more worse words to other editors, only for them to get blocked for a week! I vandalized, I stopped after getting my first warning, i used foul language against another editor, i got blocked indefinitely, and it’s been 5 years since this happened. Ehsan iq (talk)

@Yamla I honestly don’t know what you want me to say, it’s been 3 years and more since the last time I logged in, and 4 years since breaking any rule. What do you want me to do, I honestly have no idea, i’ve lost all my interest in editing 3 years ago and more, after i got another 6 month reset for my appeal because i commented on my talk page from an IP address as one admin denied me to use my talk page as you can see above. And now that I’ve retained my interest in editing, i would like to appeal my block, i’ve said numerous times that what i did was wrong and I obviously wouldn’t do again, cause I’ve already been blocked for 5 years… Ehsan iq (talk)

@ Yamla but I’ve already admitted to all my wrongdoings and have countlessly mentioned that i wouldn’t repeat them again if i’ve been given a single chance…

I have never been given any chances to demonstrate this!.

You say how can we trust you, and all i can simply say, is that I HAVE BEEN BLOCKED FOR 5 YEARS, If i want to edit on this site, and want my edits to be recognized, and not have them completely reversed and my account to be blocked for any period, then I obviously have to follow the rules, IF I didn’t then, i have no one else to blame but myself, it’s not rocket science…

As i said before, i have done nothing wrong for 4 years, the appeal says that i should refrain from doing anything against the laws for a period of time for me to get unblocked,

I simply don’t understand… Ehsan iq (talk)

I have reviewed and declined your unblock request. You continue to claim you didn't know your block evasion was a problem. That's simply not plausible; that is the end of the line. I will not respond further. --Yamla (talk) 16:56, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Yamla by block evasion, do you mean editing while being blocked from another account or IP address?, I understand that, and know that it’s the second thing after vandalism that prolonged my account being blocked, and I’ve already said that I understand it’s wrong and if given a single chance of redemption that I wouldn’t repeat anything that is against the rules again.

In my defense, as anyone can clearly see, I haven’t done any block evasions, or anything against the rules of Wikipedia, for the past 4 years. Ehsan iq (talk)

@Yamla, @Doug Weller, @NinjaRobotPirate: by not admitting to block evasion in my request, does that means because i only mentioned vandalism? If that’s the case, i only came back after more than 3 years to know what to do to get an appeal, and then make the request, the request that was submitted was written by myself 3 years ago, but I didn’t correctly submit it, can I redo my request? Cause after reading how to appeal for my account to be unblock, that i had to mention the main reason of why my account got blocked, and then state that i would not repeat, and would also refrain from doing anything that is against the rules. This account was blocked because of vandalism, and then for sock-puppetry, but mainly vandalism, my other accounts were blocked for sock-puppetry, but it seems that i was supposed to mention both reasons, is that the case? Ehsan iq (talk)

Dude, the only interaction that I've ever had with you was to restore your ability to edit your talk page. I don't know anything about you, your situation, why you were blocked, or why you anyone declined your unblock request. I have nothing to do with your block! I'm muting all pings from this page, so I won't receive them any more. I am not the blocking admin, and I don't need to be consulted by anyone. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 18:09, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@NinjaRobotPirate: understood, cheers. Ehsan iq (talk)

@Doug Weller I apologize for my annoyance, but the two admins that came about won’t reply anymore, and the last admin who reset my appeal period for another 6 months 3 years ago has said his opinion, and he doesn’t want to be consulted, you’re the last one that has blocked me before him, would appreciate your stance and opinion. And if you don’t want to intervene in this, then i understand and will respect your decision, but before you leave this, would you be kind enough to call on another admin? Cause I don’t know any admins that are active. i am grateful for your stance on my issue for the last 5 years, cheers. Ehsan iq (talk)

Request reason:

my journey on Wikipedia started on the second of February 2018, when I created this account, I was 18 years old, new and completely oblivious to the policies of Wikipedia, I was passionate about contributing on Wikipedia, and all I knew back then was how to edit, my first editions were on the Iran–Iraq War article (on the same date I created this account), seen here, my changes were unreferenced and unsourced (simply vandalism), I kept repeating the same changes until I got my first warning notice on my talk page, of which then I stopped vandalizing the Iran–Iraq War article and instead, foolishly decided to vandalize UCaetano user page, seen here, and because of that, on the seventh of February 2018, I was rightfully blocked indefinitely. I then evaded my block and created multiple accounts, of which have been linked to my original blocked account and were blocked as well, my last account was blocked on the 27th of August 2018. after that I became aware that I could request and correctly submit an unblock request on this account on the 30th of august 2018, before that date, I honestly did not patiently read any of the policies concerning my indefinite block, which was already linked by RickinBaltimore after blocking me in the first place, if I could travel back in time, I would firstly be patient and informed my self on these policies before going on about creating multiple accounts and evading my block, as I thought back then, after being indefinitely blocked, that my only way to edit and contribute again were by making multiple accounts or editing from an anonymous IP address, I acknowledge that this isn't the way to do this. my first unblock request was submitted incorrectly on the first of may 2018 and accepted by Doug Weller on the 29th of August 2018 after mentioning him on the same date, he blocked me indefinitely shortly after that, as he was unaware that the main reason for my block, was that I evaded my block, which was my ignorant fault, cause I haven't correctly mentioned this in my request which he reviewed. after all this, my access to my own talk page was removed by on 31 of August 2018, even though shortly before that I specifically stated that it was "my last question", I waited for over a year, and this is where my last block evasion happened in a form of my anonymous IP address on 31 August 2019, where I edited my own talk page, as I didn't have the access to my own talk page to request an unblock request, and I didn't know what was a "UTRS", which gave me another 6 month reset on 4 September 2019. "don't laugh at me ;(" after that, NinjaRobotPirate helpfully restored my access to my own talk page, and I was able to submit my last request (previous to this one), I waited for god knows how long, and it wasn't reviewed, so I lost all hope and just quit trying to appeal my block, I logged off of my account and deserted it. 3 years later and here I am, and it turns out (not to my surprise), the last appeal that I requested, hilariously wasn't correctly submitted by myself... :( I refrained from doing anything against the policies of Wikipedia ever since my Inadvertent block evasion using an anonymous IP address 3 years ago, my passion to edit and contribute on Wikipedia has came back to me, I sincerely hope to anyone who reviews my request, to have good faith, I acknowledged all my wrongdoings, and I have learned from my experiences these past 5 years to not repeat them, I wish to be given something that wasn't given to me in these last 5 years, a single chance (redemption), to proof that I am fully aware of my mistakes, ready to be a conscious contributor on Wikipedia, and to adhere to all it's policies and rules. regards. PS: I apologize for not correctly linking all what I have stated to save you time and trouble, I am still kind of stale on the usage, regards. Ehsan iq (talk) 22:13, 28 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Accept reason:

See note, below. Drmies (talk) 21:04, 8 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Doug Weller I apologize for my annoyances, and I apologize for continually apologizing for my annoyances, but from the Blocked users list, it shows that you were the last blocking admin, your opinion would be appreciated. Ehsan iq (talk) 22:13, 28 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Doug Weller: hello again and sorry for the disturbance, I have submitted my appeal 18 hours ago after completely reading the policies on Vandalism, sock-puppetry and block evasion.
I don't know if I am incorrectly mentioning admins, or my page have been muted, but which ever the case may be, none have reviewed or replied yet, I also didn't correctly sign my request, which I would be doing it correctly now.
I have no idea if my request have been correctly submitted by myself or not (considering no one has replied to me, and also reviewed my request for a long period of time), which I guess it's because my edits are unsigned...
the guide asserts that the blocking admin is expected to clarify his action, so as I mentioned before, your opinion would be helpful for me, and to the admin that reviews my request, whether it was you or other admins.
I know that I should've been brief in my request, but I had to mention all the things related to my issue and condemn them, so it's as brief as I could make it out to be, regards. Ehsan iq (talk) 22:13, 28 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Doug Weller: if that’s the case, then how did Yamla review my request from 3 years ago after mentioning you?, and by backlog, do you mean i need to wait for my turn, like is it a line or something? Ehsan iq (talk) 20:43, 11 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You just have to wait. Please don't ping me again. It's not a line, it's a list and if you are being ignored it suggests no Admin wants to review it. Doug Weller talk 07:42, 12 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Yamla: sorry for the disturbance, you’re the last admin that correctly submitted and reviewed my request from 3 years ago and more, I mentioned you because i find it difficult to understand how things run on Wikipedia, like why are things on this website so complicated to the point it’s completely incomprehensible? Why is it so difficult to garner the attention of a single admin that is capable of explaining to me my situation? what do you honestly want me to do that i haven't already done? why am i being ignored? what's the point of informing me of the rules and policies of which i read and followed for the last 3 years and more if the admins already decided on ignoring me in the first place? if there are users that have already been decided upon them that they should'nt be given a chance to contrebute on this platform, then just inform them of such, why give them false hope and let them waste there time waiting? i've waited for 20 days since i've sumbitted my request, would you be kind enough to explain to me my case? Ehsan iq (talk) 05:58, 15 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Doug Weller: I Know that you’ve told me not to ping you again 5 days ago, but kindly understand (ie: put yourself in my shoes) that you’re the only admin that i can ping, there’s literally none who’s willing to reply back, when i first mentioned you after 4 years of being blocked on the 28th of August, you replied the next day telling me that my appeal “looks ok” and “Hopefully someone will come along in the next few days“, and it’s been 22 days, so clearly this isn’t the case… in your last reply 5 days ago, you’ve said that i “just have to wait” and “if you are being ignored it suggests no Admin wants to review it”, if i am being ignored, and no one, including yourself (the blocking admin), wants to review my request, then why tell me to wait?, i honestly feel i am being toyed around, would you blame me for thinking this way?, can you just please mention an admin that has the patience of a saint (or just normal human patience) and who is also capable of addressing my situation?, it would be EXTREMELY appreciated.

PS: i may seem unsensible, and i know that I’ve mentioned it too many times, but i have been blocked for 5 straight years (that's literally half a decade), how can a person endures all this and acts sensible? Ehsan iq (talk) 03:31, 17 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Editing Wikipedia is not a right, it's a privilege. Admins, like editors, are volunteers and don't spend eight hours a day dealing with unblock requests. There are other wikis and Wikipedia is in multiple languages. Perhaps you could contribute to one of those in a responsible and helpful manner for a few months and then return here with proof that you are able to follow policies and contribute constructively and competently? Matuko (talk) 00:38, 18 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Matuko: when have i ever stated that it was my right to edit on this platform?, and i know that admins aren’t free 24/7, you’re acting as if i keep mentioning them every 8 hours…
the policies don’t state the requirement that a contributor should be bilingual, if that’s the case then i would’ve done what you’ve advised, to my understanding, it states that i should refrain from doing anything against the policies of Wikipedia for a period of 6 months, and not less, and then request an appeal, that’s what i did. I appreciate your consideration. Ehsan iq (talk) 03:36, 18 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@RegentsPark: Thank you so much for correctly linking my statements and fixing/arranging my request, your efforts and time are much appreciated. Ehsan iq (talk) 04:57, 18 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

7th of October 2022[edit]

@331dot:, @Al Ameer son:, @Bbb23:, @Diannaa:, @Drmies:, @Mz7:, @Oshwah: sorry for the annoyances, i’ve been blocked for 5 years for Vandalism and Sock-puppetry, and i’ve tried to appeal it ever since, but i have obviously failed due to my ignorance on Wikipedia’s policies, my last attempt to appeal my block was 3 years ago, and it didn’t get reviewed as I didn’t correctly submit the request, and i only realized this after logging back on this account on the 25th of August 44 days ago, I submitted my request 42 days ago (you can see above this topic) on the 27th of August 2022, and it has been ignored ever since, i just don’t want to loose patience and hope just like i did 3 years ago and desert my account again, could any of you kindly explain my case? And if you can’t, can you pleases mention someone that can, i just can’t fathom what’s happening to me… Ehsan iq (talk) 14:00, 7 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Drmies:, @Yamla: what should i do now? Ehsan iq (talk) 12:23, 8 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Here's what you should do: edit articles according to our guidelines. Use reliable sourcing. Write edit summaries. Don't pick or continue fights. And please proofread things before you post: make your talk page messages concise and to the point. Finally, "what's happening to me"--nothing was happening to you. You got blocked for various reasons, and no one really had an interest in unblocking you because there was a talk page full of stuff and drama, and you waited way too long before you acknowledged what the actual problems were. If you're gonna play on a website you should know the rules, and if it's pointed out to you that you didn't follow them, it would behoove you to be sincere and to adjust. NO ONE likes dealing with editors who've been caught socking.

You are unblocked now, but what I would like for you to do is, when you clean up this talk page (which is your right), that you leave this section intact: that would be fair. And I am noting here, for the record, that Yamla and I can confirm that there is no evidence of socking from the last three months, and we'll take that as a positive, a reason to unblock you here. OK? Happy editing. Drmies (talk) 21:03, 8 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Drmies: apologies for the late response, i was busy with life affairs.
i am lost for words… You probably wouldn’t understand how much this means for me, you have given me a chance that i prolonged for in the past 5 years, a thank you would not be sufficient. i will make it to the best of my abilities to make sure you won’t regret this. Regards. Ehsan iq (talk) 10:01, 10 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
