Welcome[edit]

Hello, Eggillman and welcome to Wikipedia! It appears you are participating in a class project. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to go through our training for students. Go through our online training for students

If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Please also read this helpful advice for students.

Before you create an article, make sure you understand what kind of articles are accepted here. Remember: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and while many topics are encyclopedic, some things are not.

Your instructor or professor may wish to set up a course page, and if your class doesn't already have one please tell your instructor about that. It is highly recommended that you place this text: {{Educational assignment}} on the talk page of any articles you are working on as part of your Wikipedia-related course assignment. This will let other editors know this article is a subject of an educational assignment and aid your communication with them.

We hope you like it here and encourage you to stay even after your assignment is finished! ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 01:13, 12 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome![edit]

Hello, Eggillman, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. May 2022[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Private spaceflight. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. The quality of what you added is so substandard that it hurts the article.C.Fred (talk) 16:00, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Pinging your instructor (@Bobwurst:) to alert them to the mess you're making of the mainspace. —C.Fred (talk) 16:06, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@C.Fred In cases like this, pinging me is likely to be the quickest way to get a response/intervention. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:28, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Ian (Wiki Ed): Ah. I saw the instructor link but missed the Wiki Ed liaison link. —C.Fred (talk) 16:45, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Private spaceflight, you may be blocked from editing. —C.Fred (talk) 16:08, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

What do I add to this ? [copyvio redacted] — Preceding unsigned comment added by Eggillman (talkcontribs)

I'm not sure. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? What article are you adding it to, and based on what reliable sources? —C.Fred (talk) 16:12, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
But adding it to Private spaceflight in the form you did is unacceptable. It's not clear how any of that relates to NewSpace. I strongly suggest you undo that edit. —C.Fred (talk) 16:16, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Seems to be an attempt at an infobox type edit. -- Bongo Cat[cetacean needed] 16:18, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Also note that you cannot add copyrighted material to Wikipedia articles. (The academic term is plagiarism; the Wikpedia term is copyright violation.) —C.Fred (talk) 16:23, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Private spaceflight. You have been cautioned repeatedly that your edits are not constructive. If you disrupt the article again, you will lose editing privileges for it.C.Fred (talk) 21:37, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Private spaceflight[edit]

It's extremely urgent that you stop making the edits you're making to private spaceflight. Not only are you edit-warring, you're also adding copyright content to Wikipedia. If you continue doing this, you will be blocked from editing. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:20, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop creating a huge list of wikilinks on that article. It's not helpful. Isabelle 🏳‍🌈 21:20, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
