Request for assistance[edit]

I posted some edits to the bio of Occidental College President Jonathan Veitch on 1/3/18, as it hadn't been updated in three years. Full disclosure: I am an employee of Occidental College, and still learning my way around Wikipedia. I modeled the changes on existing wiki bios of other small college presidents, including Carolyn "Biddy" Martin of Amherst and Valerie Smith of Swarthmore. No one else has chimed in, and I could use someone else's eyes on the proposed edits, in keeping with WP:COI and WP:BLPEDIT. Thanks!

  • I'm gonna leave the template live so that others may offer opinions. This kind of inquiry is better posted at the article's talk page. If the talk page is not very busy, one could go to the Wiki Projects that cover the subject and request input. Tiderolls 16:30, 28 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for taking the time to read and comply with Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines, it is much appreciated. To draw attention to the changes you've requested, the best approach is to add the {{request edit}} template to the talkpage, at the start of your requested changes. This alerts editors who monitor such requests, and means that your changes are more likely to be acted up. Yunshui  10:02, 29 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
