New Tech Trains predecessor/successor[edit]

Hi, unfortunately I had to revert your edits to several NTT articles, as none of the predecessor/successor additions were correct. These fields are respectively used to indicate if the rolling stock in question replaced another, or was replaced by another, class of rolling stock.

So for example, the predecessor to the R143 would be the R42, not the R142A (which doesn't even run on the same division). Since the R143 is still in operation, it has no successor. Epicgenius (talk) 17:46, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Reversions[edit]

Hello, I reverted a few of your edits because they removed well referenced information and broke historical talk page history. Furthermore, do not change spelling of words to ones used in other variations of English without consensus - for information on this policy, please see MOS:ENGVAR.

Finally, a little tip from me - "A good rule of thumb is that edits consisting solely of spelling corrections, formatting changes, or rearrangement of text without modification of the content should be flagged as minor edits." (Wikipedia:MINOR).

Best wishes! Turini2 (talk) 18:28, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@EJD799 Do not make edits that contradict the reference, as you did at Docklands Light Railway rolling stock. Turini2 (talk) 21:34, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
