Edits to Pulp Fiction et. al.[edit]

Thank you for your attempts to improve Wikipedia. However, I would like to remind you that Wikipedia is not censored for minors, not even for profanity or pornography. Everyone is encouraged to remove offensive material and obscenities that are blatantly vandalism, but please do not remove/censor profanities or remove/disclaim sexually explicit material or links that are relevant to the article. In the meantime, please be bold and continue contributing to Wikipedia. Thank you! --Dgies 21:42, 4 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Edits to World of Warcraft and PvP revamp[edit]

I reverted your edit regarding the changes made to PvP system in WoW because it seemed very editorial and biased against and not really encyclopedic content with supporting factual evidence or references. If you disagree, please open a discussion on the WoW talk page. Thanks. - Gdavidp 05:20, 28 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Just saw it — don't worry about being "too late", it wasn't extra-vital information… that basically clears it up for me, thanks. — Lenoxus 04:25, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

300 Talk Sig Edits[edit]

Are you the same person as User:68.57.118.218? I noticed you changed the signature of your post in 300: Talk. -Arcayne (cast a spell) 15:40, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

ya, im the same guy. I forgot to sign in before i posted the comments. DurotarLord 16:11, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
No worries. You saw how someone reacted to your post. There appears to be a lack of AGF from some of the editors; perhaps with good reason, about meat- and sock-puppets. Thanks for clearing it up.
I also moved your new section and post about accuracy to the bottom of the page, as new headers are supposed to go there. I was hoping to maintain the first header as the source for info that was archived, staving off accusations of "hiding" material. I hope you understand. :) Cheers! -Arcayne (cast a spell) 17:10, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Update, it looks like anotehr editor removed the comments. I would hazard that they were removed bc they might set off yet another flurry of debate and ruffled feathers that we really don't need. I don't want you to be discouraged by the removal; maybe just consider that others might take offense. Arcayne (cast a spell) 17:21, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Ya, its cool. but it really does irratate me that people say 300 is so historically innacurate, when the truth is it wasnt! it was quite accurate, not documentary accurate by any stretch of the imagination, but still accurate. Thanks for the update! DurotarLord 18:14, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. You've removed a part of Career section about 2007 video game God of War II. Any reason? Armatura 08:06, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If its what I'm thinking of, its because that exact same thing was already mentioned earlier in the article. It was repetitive, and added extra information on something that, at least I thought, was somewhat irrelevant. DurotarLord 12:30, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
OK, thanks for explanation, that part really was duplicate. Regards, Armatura 16:30, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
No problem, thanks for checking. DurotarLord 20:47, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Assassination[edit]

Hi. I reverted your change to assassination, as assasination is indeed defined as the murder of a public/important figure (otherwise it is more generally called murder, or maybe execution-style murder in some circumstances). Please read the 'definition problems' section in the article if you like a more exhaustive explanation. Finally, doing a define search ("define:assassin" or "define:assassination") on Google will give you a couple or referencs for the public figure usage. Happy editing. MadMaxDog 08:08, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, actually, assassination is usually linked to that of a political person, but it is most definetly not soley the killing of a political or famous person. Look: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/assassination Even there it defines it as "to kill suddenly or secretively" then it goes on to say that it is usually a political person, but not always. In fact, the media makes it clear that assassins kill more than just political figures in films and such. DurotarLord 14:30, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Flintlocke's Guide to Azeroth[edit]

Because the outcome of the outcome of the AfD was delete, and I agreed with it do to the comic not having much notability. Master of Puppets Call me MoP! :) 21:14, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Armory revert[edit]

Why'd you revert it? That happened. - Denimadept (talk) 04:20, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Two reasons. The first is because it was written poorly and created the effect, for those that aren't familiar with WoW, that the Armory was the april fool's day joke. The second reason being it is completely pointless; who cares that Blizzard made an April fool's joke like that? Its trivia. Now I'm all for trivia, in a trivia section, but not spread out amongst the article. DurotarLord (talk) 18:57, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
