Information icon Greetings. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to CJOB, did not appear to be constructive and has been or will be reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Per WP:NOTRADIOGUIDE: "For example, an article on a broadcaster should not list upcoming events, current promotions, current schedules, etc., although mention of major events, promotions or historically significant program lists and schedules may be acceptable." Request reason:

I'm so sorry for all the bad things that I have added. I also sorry BilCat, Stereorock, Gogo Dodo and Bbb23 because I have wrongly blamed you. I promise that I will hear your advice. But, for pages I have created, you should tell me things that you don't satisfied about it and I will redo to improve it. With me, editing Wikipedia is very good!

Decline reason:

Jeh has provided a very good explanation, below, and this request does not come close to addressing the problems that led to this block. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 08:49, 13 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Note: I am not an admin and have no power in this. What follows is my personal evaluation of your situation in general and your unblock request in particular.
You received an indefinite block not because of "bad things you added" but because you were abusing multiple accounts to evade your original block. Your unblock request thus shows that you don't understand the reason for your block. Given that, it's tough to see how you can promise better behavior, since you fail to understand what was wrong before.
However, there were definitely things you did wrong in addition to abusing multiple accounts. And "I'm sorry for everything I did wrong before" does not really cut it as either an apology or a promise of better behavior. Again, it doesn't show any awareness at all of what you did wrong before. You made minor edits, edits in volation of various policies and guidelines, to perhaps hundreds of articles and they will all have to be undone. You have thus made a great deal of work for other editors. We'd like to spend our time here making constructive additions, not fixing up others' mistakes.
As for the articles you created, they were frankly unsalvageable; otherwise they would have survived their deletion discussions. The very concepts of those articles were not supported by Wikipedia's purposes. No amount of changes to those articles could have fixed that. You would do well to review the deletion discussions. You should not create any more articles until you understand why those articles were deleted. Please also review WP:NOT.
Regarding the unblock request: Along with the repeated sockpuppetry (one would think that you would have gotten the hint after the fourth or fifth sock had been blocked) you have shown stubborn refusal to follow guidelines such as WP:NOTRADIOGUIDE, not to mention policy such as WP:V, WP:RS, and WP:NOR. Given your near-obsessive zeal for editing radio station articles to add claims that violate some or all of the above, I propose that:
If this user's block is lifted, a community ban on editing all radio- and TV-related articles should be imposed. Jeh (talk) 07:16, 13 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Editors reviewing this situation might find this conversation from April 28 between Dung247 and myself, in which he asked for and received advice, to be of interest. - BilCat (talk) 13:03, 13 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Dung247, because you've refactored the declined unblock request twice, I've revoked your access to this page. You may appeal through WP:UTRS.--Bbb23 (talk) 13:41, 13 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/dung247, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open![edit]

Hello, Dung247. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
