To comment on a user's talk page, please do not post your comment at the beginning of the page. Look at the top of the page at the links of 'user page/ discussion / edit this page / + / history', etc. You want to click the +, as it will append your comment to the end of the page (not the beginning, it's preferred that comments are listed on the talk page in order of date.
You really want to sign your posts as well. You can do this by typing ~~~~ after your posts. This will append your name and date after your comment. This is very important. By doing this, other users will know who wrote what comment and when. I have added signatures to all comments on this page so that people can easily follow the conversation.
Looking at your user page, I can answer something else:
People can in fact warn you for anything posted on your user or talk page if you do not follow Wikipedia Guidelines.
It's in bad form to type in all capital letters though, as that is generally accepted as shouting. You probably want to lay off the netspeak ("lolz", "wtf", "omg", etc) as well and type full words.
