Hi,
concerning your report of 75.97.15.100 (talk · contribs · info · WHOIS), you might need to bring this to a WP:ANI if you think this needs to be acted upon. WP:AIV is only the place to report vandalistic accounts that need to be blocked immediately, and I don't see that in this case.
