December 2021[edit]

Note that the 2021 Canadian federal election dissolved parliament on August 15, 2021. For that reason, I revoked your edit on Derek Sloan. --Yamla (talk) 17:35, 17 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

All dissolving parliament means is there's no more legislation being passed and that election campaigning has began. However, the current MPs leave upon the election of their successor (per Canadian law) thereby making Sloan's last the the day his successor is elected (September 20, 2021). Based on this source, it appears you are correct and I was mistaken. Thanks. You are welcome to reintroduce your edit. --Yamla (talk) 18:03, 17 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted <ref></ref> at begin of Template:Alberta provincial election, 2019/Calgary-North West[edit]

Be more careful and use show changes and preview. The following was on 2 pages and wasn't easy to track. Dave-okanagan (talk) 20:16, 15 February 2022 (UTC) Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page).[reply]

Blocked for sockpuppetry[edit]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/CountingStars500. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Bbb23 (talk) 18:46, 3 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
My IP address is tied to a city with over a million inhabitants; just because someone misused Wikipedia within my city doesn't mean I should be punished for it. CountingStars500 (talk) 20:36, 3 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Your IP address is tied to the same editor making the same edits from the same city. You'd have to suspend belief entirely to not realize it's the same person behind the accounts.-- Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 20:46, 3 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
PS As a checkuser I can actually see the data where you are logging in and out of your various accounts to participate in the same discussions. The technical evidence is about as clear as it gets, so professing to have no knowledge of the other accounts is not a tactic I would recommend.-- Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 20:51, 3 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
