Please see WP:NFCC#3: Multiple items of non-free content are not used if one item can convey equivalent significant information.
Also, per {{Infobox album}}, alternate covers are acceptable if they are either significantly different from the original and is widely distributed and/or replaces the original
(which is true for Revival (Selena Gomez album)), or are the subject of specific (sourced) critical commentary
(which is true for Purpose (Justin Bieber album)). For the covers of Rare, they are limited to the deluxe/Target editions without either "replacing the original" or "attracting critical commentary". HĐ (talk) 11:16, 9 January 2021 (UTC)
