You should probably consider joining the above project, although if you feel there's need for a sub-project that works in a more specific area, you are welcome to discuss it with the members of that project. I feel I am being unfairly blocked because of a problem a user is having with someone with this ip.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

I seem to be blocked because of problems another user is having with another user who seems consumed with this person, this does not seem fair to me, there are thousands of people using this ip. I am also concerned that this could be racially motivated, as I am interested in started a project on black singers
