You originally didn't specify the license, and a bot flagged the image as being problematic, but you then added the license. The problem flag was still there, and I removed that. Hi Chris, IMDB is not a reliable source, so if some one questions it we should look more for other sources. 203.158.61.110 is on iinet if that helps narrow down that the person is from Australia! I am doubting that Kerri-Anne Kennerley is 59 so that birthdate could well be wrong in IMDB. The person did not claim to be Kerri-Anne Kennerley did they? eg http://www.unofficial.com.au/celebrities/kerri-anne-kennerley.html states she was 14 in 1981. Titling an biographical entry[edit]

I am pretty sure that embedding a nick name in the middle of a name is against the style guidelines, so you should have the article called by the name the person is most famous for: Ted Albert and a redirect from the alternate names: Edward Albert. This is because a combined name would be very unlikely to be linked or searched by people, best to keep all the possible names separate. --- both those names are used, so you will have to qualify with something in parenthesis. eg Ted Albert (footballer) Graeme Bartlett (talk) 09:28, 29 May 2009 (UTC) --- one used by you! Please don't gut the history sections of featured articles. In order to remain featured, an article is going to require a very sizable history section to fulfil stands of completeness. I've reverted your edits to the Yarralumla article, since they would have caused it to lose featured status; I see the same has already been done with Lake Burley Griffin. Unless you're going to substantially expand the history sections, and improve what's already in the article, please don't break these out into new articles in the first place. Yeah, compared to Waterfall Gully, South Australia it is similar. In comparison to FAs on whole articles like Canberra, Delhi, etc, well this is a suburb so sections on police, electricity supply, universities, newspapers and television stations, pro sports teams aren't really necessary. The issue, as I said before, is completeness. With a topic such as one single suburb, or a lake, there's only so much that can be said about the topic without delving into minutiae.

For Lake Burley Griffin, what else would you say about recreation, landmarks, or water quality, besides what's already been said, or the couple of additions I've suggested on the FAR page? There is, however, a tonne of quite interesting history associated with the place, with plenty of sources to go with it. As such, any article on the subject is going to have more on the history than anything else.

Yarralumla is similar. What more would you say about demographics, suburb amenities, or politics? I've seen another suburb article that went deeper into the politics, but it hit the level of no-one-who-isn't-a-political-geek-would-give-a-crap-about-half-of-this (and I say this as a political geek). Again, there's plenty of history, and plenty of sources for it. Thus, a complete article on Yarralumla is also going to lean quite sharply toward the history.

Now, on a different topic, say Canberra - of course, it's going to be a different story. There's more to say, and a whole range of sections could be included - as YellowMonkey notes above - due to the broader topic. That's just not the case here, and chopping out useful, interesting and referenced content doesn't magically create more potential content for the other sections. The New York Harbour article would definitively fail the criteria of being comprehensive, which is why at present it doesn't even qualify for Good Article status. Even still, the weight attached to each topic is roughly similar to the Lake Burley Griffin article - nearly half the article on history, and a couple of paragraphs for the other sections.
Furthermore, the "marine life" and "geography" sections are a terrific example of how not to write a featured article - they've got sub-articles on topics, while leaving the original sections in the main article stubbish and incomplete. I'm not sure how I'm missing the point when I said above that the example you used of breaking out content was a particularly bad one, and that the article would more ably meet Wikipedia's quality standards if the articles were merged.

It appears that you recently tried to give MCI (audio) a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. Liberty Valance[edit]

I appreciate your efforts to clean up the Liberty Valance article, but the edits I made which you have now largely reverted were made in large part to fix errors you yourself had made. You have certain things out of order from the actual film (the greeting of old friends happens at the beginning, not the end; the interview by the reporter begins early in the film, not at the end; it's the editor, not his reporter, who burns the notes, etc., etc.) There are grammatical errors also that you have put back after my corrections ("The townsfolks is...", for example.) How about we work together to get something that is polished, accurate, and encyclopedic, instead of just reverting things even if it leaves incorrect material in place? Thanks.
