You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abuse of editing privileges. Request reason:

OK first regarding the "sock" thing. No evidence, that's all I can say. I am a Serb, not an Albanian or other editor, and some people took offence that I directed some edits against some of the barbaric actions commited by the Serb race in the 1990's. I have to be real and base my findings on reliable sources and I can't go by the unreliable propaganda-ridden material published by my own country's nationalists. As for "abuse of priviledges". How? Why? I am sorry for anything I did wrong and I would love to have a second chance. I havn't even had an official welcome note from anyone and I don't know even how to use Wikipedia 100%. I was hoping for a good editting future full of construcive edits and the sort. Please unblock me and tell me where I went wrong. No more personal attacks, no more abusing rules etc. Thankyou very much. Chetnik Serb (talk) 00:02, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Confirmed as a sock puppet of User:Prince of Kosova. –MuZemike 00:17, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Excuse me? How did you confirm this when I am NOT anyone's sockpuppet? I am a SERB don't you get it? Prince of Kosova is ALBANIAN, tell by the way he writes Kosova, how is it possible that I am HIM?

Decline reason:

I'm not a checkuser myself, but it seems unlikely that two users confirmed to be the same by checkuser could be editing from different countries.FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 00:41, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Because you, like any human being, are still physically capable of typing an "a" rather than an "o", in order to get out of your block by making this argument. I'm not saying that by itself proves you're a sock, but in the face of the Checkuser evidence it's not at all a convincing counterargument. — Daniel Case (talk) 01:22, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I am sorry but if you are going to make these accusations you need to back them up or else it's discrimination. Chetnik Serb (talk) 00:19, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That's what the checkuser is. They check if the IP addresses and other editor information when you connect to Wikipedia match. That information is protected by privacy concerns, but available for review by a small group (about 20) of people in case of apparent sockpuppetry.
You match the other user's information. Your area of interest and edits matches theirs. You're probably them. When they match that well, we presume you are them. That's our "back them up" and sufficient proof within Wikipedia.

OK, so what do I personally have to do to prove I am not "HIM/THEM"? Is there a way? Chetnik Serb (talk) 00:33, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please dont use the unblock template to ask questions. It's use is strictly for appealing your unblock. Use {{adminhelp}} to request help from an administrator. As for your question, I generally dont think there is a standard procedure. Q T C 00:58, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

In addition, please don't remove declined unblock requests if you're still asking for unblock- even if you disagree with them. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 01:01, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
