Requested move[edit]

User:ChemingwayNewName – Hi Kevin, I created the Corporate Social Entrepreneurship (CSE) page as such because it is a proper noun. The page shouldn't be entitled corporate social entrepreneur - as in corporate social responsibility - as that is a common noun. Please can you revert it for me and then we need to have a page called corporate social entrepreneur which redirects readers to the proper page: Corporate Social Entrepreneur. Might be an idea to lock it, if possible, in case future editors make the same mistake. Many thanks! Chris Chemingway (talk) 16:24, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I've moved Corporate Social Entrepreneurship back to its original title as you requested, since the move was not uncontroversial. There might be disagreement about proper capitalization per WP:CAPS. If so, a move request might be made on the article's talk page by the editor who renamed the article, so you should watch for that. Btw, the movereq template you were using should always go on the talk page of the article to be moved, not on your own talk page. As to locking a title, that is rarely done, and never in a case like this where there might be simple difference of opinion. Station1 (talk) 19:03, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I hope I didn't offend you. Tony (talk) 09:33, 18 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Chemingway. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your circle, your organization, its competitors, projects or products;
  • instead propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Grayfell (talk) 05:15, 15 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
