Premier League fixtures[edit]

Hi there. I've removed one of your edits to the Chelsea F.C. season 2008-09 article because, unfortunately, Premier League fixtures are copyrighted and cannot be reprinted anywhere without an official subscription. This is something the Premier League does vigorously enforce, as several football fanzines have found out. Sorry again. SteveO (talk) 20:08, 19 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of "Sergio Tejera"[edit]

A page you created, Sergio Tejera, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it has no content, other than external links, categories, "see also" sections, rephrasing of the title, and/or chat-like comments.

You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Thanks. Ndenison talk 04:06, 29 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sergio Tejera[edit]

Please stop recreating the article. It was deleted as the result of a discussion. The page has now been locked to prevent further recreation. He can have an article when he plays a competitive game for the first team. пﮟოьεԻ 57 12:04, 7 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't understand why on earth you keep trying to claim that Sawyer has played a game for Chelsea. The reference you keep adding doesn't actually say that he has played, just that he was on the bench. All the information suggests that he hasn't played. Please stop adding false information to the article. Thanks, пﮟოьεԻ 57 23:06, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Chelsea articles[edit]

Please review editing guidelines on WP:FOOTY and WP:CRYSTAL before creating new Chelsea FC articles. When creating new articles, you must ensure that the content adheres to existing Wiki-policies. Thanks. --Madchester (talk) 04:45, 24 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Michael Mancienne[edit]

Do you have a source for the shirt number? I don't see anything on the official website and want to confirm a source with you before I revert the edits DJDannyP//Talk2Me 19:36, 2 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, but on wikipedia nothing 'goes without saying'. Until stated otherwise by an official source, Mancienne doesn't have a shirt number DJDannyP//Talk2Me 20:03, 2 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Please do not continue to change the number without official confirmation (from www.chelseafc.com). Nothing other than him appearing as number 4 in the squad list on there will be sufficient to allow the change. If you continue to change it I will have to report you for vandalism DJDannyP//Talk2Me 19:27, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Neither of these players are listed as having squad numbers and neither have ever made a first team appearance for Chelsea and as such they do not warrant appearing in the squad list or template. If they are named as substitutes in any competition (and therefore given squad numbers), you may add them to the squad list and template. Thanks for your co-operation on this matter DJDannyP//Talk2Me 23:44, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
