License tagging for Image:Pobreza nica ninos.jpg[edit]
Thanks for uploading Image:Pobreza nica ninos.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

File source and copyright licensing problem with File:KevinCieply.jpg[edit]

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Notability is not in question, just google the alum and stop abusing your discretion, please. Leave the information posted for wiki readers to learn the fact that he is a notable graduate of the WVU College of Law. Are you?

Speedy deletion nomination of File:DeanCieply.jpg[edit]
A tag has been placed on File:DeanCieply.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. The picture of Kevin Cieply has been deleted at least twice. Stop circumventing the deletion results by uploading the same material again and again. - Your reasoning is faulty at best and must be based on some sense of empowerment in being malicious against particular contributions. You are disruptive and waste everyone's time with your personal vendettas against the institution. The picture of the leader of the institution is relevant and important! The people have the right to see it and he has the right to show it. You are not the King of Wikipedia so please, please stop and go find someone else to vandalize.
- I actually love the school. It's a beautiful campus and I've attended some sports events there. None of that has to do with the edits I've made. First of all, I'd think that someone editing on behalf of a law school would be more aware of copyright law. Second, You keep talking about the "leader", yet have been posting 3 pictures. It's not our normal practice to show every dean that the school has, much like we don't list every VP of a corporation. Third, you've had two experienced editors remove the content now. In addition, you've restored deleted content. I'd strongly suggest that you familiarize yourself with the common practices here and engage in some discussion instead of edit warring and making ad hominem attacks. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
