AfD nomination of Rowley Jefferson[edit]

An editor has nominated Rowley Jefferson, an article which you have created or worked on, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rowley Jefferson and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to address the nominator's concerns but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. - DustFormsWords (talk) 03:30, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 14:48, 28 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Do-It-Yourself book move[edit]

All of the other titles of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid a ":" in the titles so I think you don't need to move the article. Somebody500 (talk) 00:04, 6 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have the opposite idea. "Do-It-Yourself book" is not a subtitle. You undid my move, and now I can't even re-move it! >:-(--Cegalegolog99 (talk) 12:20, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, undid. I just noticed that the title does not have a colon. Somebody500 (talk) 19:49, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you.--Cegalegolog99 (talk) 22:00, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

How do you create a signature?[edit]

I wanna create a signature, but I don't know how! Can anyone give step-by-step instructions?--Cegalegolog99 (talk) 12:32, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Never mind! I got it.--CegaLEGOlog99! 18:02, 30 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I got the color part, but:

  • I want the word "LEGO" to look more like the Lego logo.

AND:

  • I want the font beyond bland ol' Arial.

My plan is to see the formatting of OTHER user's signatures. Then it'll be good.--CegaLEGOlog99! 01:05, 14 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I'm fine with my current 1.--CegaLEGOlog99! 13:41, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Note the new links: Cega goes 2 my page, LEGO 2 my talk, and log 2 my guestbook.--CegaLEGOlog99! 14:01, 27 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Non Free Files in your User Space[edit]

Hey there Cegalegolog99, thank you for your contributions! I am a bot alerting you that Non-free files are not allowed in the user or talk-space. Speedy deletion nomination of -2[edit]

Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and the page that you created has been or soon will be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Which property?[edit]

You wrote:

It is interesting to note that one of the properties of 2 is not shared by −2:

followed by a table. From the table I could not tell which property you were referring to. Can you explain that? Michael Hardy (talk) 01:54, 31 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article −2 has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Wikipedia is not a dictionary or a collection of random information

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Terrillja talk 04:00, 31 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

June 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit that you made to the page −2 has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Please use the sandbox for testing any edits; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing for further information. Thank you. MaenK.A.Talk 22:20, 3 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you intend to use this page for your tutorial, please actually create a user with that name, as it is its just an ownerless page floating in userspace which means it sticks in one of my backlogs. Otherwise why not just one of the many example users out there e.g. User:Example--Jac16888Talk 13:54, 7 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article List of Diary of a Wimpy Kid translations has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

List of trivia: no claim made that the translations of this series are notable, per se. Probably each book's translations are better covered in the article on that book.
