File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Dr. Ch. Mohan Rao.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Dr. Ch. Mohan Rao.jpg[edit]

A tag has been placed on File:Dr. Ch. Mohan Rao.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.
