Edit warring at Art Deco

Please cease edit warring over which photos are offered at the top of the Art Deco article. You keep removing the very well composed photo of the Chrysler Building and substituting one with a cluttered background. Binksternet (talk) 00:39, 6 March 2010 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Art Deco. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Editing an article both with a registered account and an IP is a violation of our policy on WP:Sockpuppetry. I strongly suggest that you respond in the above thread at the AN3 noticeboard and promise to stop edit-warring, or your account may be blocked. You should be aware that your choice of photos was not favored by the other participants; at some point you should accept the consensus. Continued warring could lead to blocks. Somewhat interesting that only two other people could care to comment upon this, both were in favour of the new photo. However, as Binksternet is a persistent person, he continued to endorse his preferences. This is a behavious I thought was not really possible in the English version due to its size. I was wrong. Binsternet started the war and continued to run it, and called for the Wikipolice and pointed the finger at me. Well, I must say that it is good that it happened early on before I have wasted too much of my time. I will not care to contribute any more as I will do something better that spending them in stupid edit wars, as this test proved the same wikinazis can rule here as well.
