TV schedules[edit]

Wikipedia is not a place to display TV schedules. See Wikipedia:Templates_for_deletion/Log/2006_October_22#Template:TV3_.28New_Zealand.29_Primetime_Schedule for a case where deletion of a schedule for TV3 was agreed to, and Wikipedia:What_Wikipedia_is_not#Wikipedia_is_not_a_directory, point 3 for the policy.-gadfium 04:46, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on El Rancho (Shortland Street), by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because El Rancho (Shortland Street) is a redirect to a non-existent page (CSD R1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting El Rancho (Shortland Street), please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. To see the user who deleted the page, click here CSDWarnBot (talk) 21:50, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

T===Positions in (Shortland Street)=== It is not necessary to say 'at Shortland Street' beside a characters job considering the series is entitled 'Shortland Street' exception would be for characters working elsewhere like the IV but not necessary as mentioned. Therefore please refrain from entering those words. Tuiland (talk) 03:59, 04 October 2008

Templates[edit]

Changing {{Shortland Street Navbox}} to {{Template:Shortland Street Navbox}} as you have just done for numerous articles is completely redundant and unnecessary; the brackets "{{" already activate it as a template. I'm not even sure why you bothered with the change, since the templates were displaying just fine. — TAnthonyTalk 05:41, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Palmerston North[edit]

Hi, Caradone. The information you added to the Palmerston North article has been removed. Statements such as "Crime is widespread in Palmerston North" and "gang culture is still evident in today's society" are contentious and require substantial references to back them up. If you are able to find sources supporting such statements, please note that crime statistics are preferable to qualitative statements. Otherwise, unsubstantiated and contentious information will be deleted on sight, particularly since that section of the article in question is currently in dispute. Cheers. Fair use rationale for File:24returns.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:24returns.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Polly (Parrot) 17:25, 15 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

July 2009.[edit]

Regarding the tags you placed numerous times on the [[Lost {TV series)]] page, I must comment. Not only have been you reverted five times, by myself and another editor, but you continue to add these tags with no merit, no edit summary, no talk page discussion, and not even responding to the comments posted by another editor in the edit summary. The comment made by another user was:

better suited to place in discussion/talk page specific suggestions to help page rather than slapping a generic tab on a prior FA highly editted article

I very much agree with this. Please explain why you feel this way about the article on its respective talk page before continuously adding the tags without responding to the fact that other users have reverted you. If you continue to add these tags without making a comment, you will be reported and possibly blocked. --HELLØ ŦHERE 06:00, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
