Thank you for the answer. Please acquaint yourself with Wikipedia's sockpuppetry policy. Per this policy if you and Muntazir764 are different persons both of you will have to declare on your userpages that you share the same IP address. You can use {{User shared IP address}} for this purpose. If you are not different persons and both these accounts are used by the same person, even then you should mention on your userpage that this is an alternate account of Muntazir764, and need to use this account within the parameters of Sockpuppetry policy.
