BELCARRA

Note: Beloved regional Park = Belcarra regional park. Just so you know, I'm gonna go ahead and change it cause I can't see any objections to this —Preceding unsigned comment added by TotallyTempo (talkcontribs)

Sorry, I accidentally looked at the discussion history not the page history, I thought it was wierd there was only 1 person on the article history, anyways sorry to confuse you and falsely accuse you of stuff you didn't do. TotallyTempo 01:23, 29 October 2006 (UTC)

Miley Cyrus

Hi, just wanted to let you know that the vandalism of Miley Cyrus seems to have started up again. Shannernanner 09:08, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

Dr. Diane

Is there some reason that you deleted the external link to Dr. Diane's website ... www.drdiane.com ... from the brain injury wiki? It is not spam and it has lots of important information for brain injury victims. Please let me know why this would be considered spam. Thank you.

Dr. Diane (Cont.)

Even though I'm not sure what you mean by "it doesn't sound encyclopedic," I changed it and deep-linked it like you suggested. Is this closer to what you're looking for? Also, I disagree when you write, "As for the description, just describe what's on the site -- you don't need to describe the person, because it's irrelevant to the article's subject." I think knowing the author of an information site is very important when determining the quality of content on any given subject. However, compromise is important in communitities like this, so I will leave the author out of the description in favor of assuring that people will have access to the information.

WikiProject Vancouver Talk

I made some fairly significant changes to the talk page. I archived everything up until November 2nd, 2006. I copied some of the important material over to the current talk page. I also broke the talk page into sections so rather than creating a list, users can post in categories and hopefully that will save people the trouble of having to read the whole thing over or worse, double post already answered questions. Take a look over and make changes as you see fit. Mkdw 23:58, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

about vandalism in Brazil

You sent a message to IP "201.79.212.187", about the vandalism made by this IP. I'm using a dynamic IP (and reconnected after the incident), but I believe it was my fault, as I was seeing the article Brazil in the time the vandalism happened. I noticed the vandalism from this IP added the phrase "tommy loves baihly" in the same places as it was from a previous vandalism. So, I'm not sure, but I believe I did reverted the previous vandalism somehow. Anyway, sorry for the trouble. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.79.212.187 (talkcontribs)

BC wikiproject

Don't you think it's time to release the Wikiproject British Columbia form your sandbox into Wikipedia space? I believe it is ripe, and it would benefit form being public. Cheers. --Qyd 18:07, 3 November 2006 (UTC)

November Esperanza Newsletter

Program Feature: Admin Coaching (needs coaches!)
Admin Coaching needs coaches!!! If you are an administrator, or even a generally experienced user, do consider signing up to be a coach.

Admin Coaching, now being coordinated by HighwayCello, is a program for people who want help learning some of the more subtle aspects of Wikipedia policy and culture. People are matched with experienced users who are willing to offer coaching. The program is designed for people who have figured out the basics of editing articles; they're not newcomers any more, but they might want some help in learning new roles. In this way, Esperanza would help keep hope alive for Wikipedia because we would always be grooming the next generation of admins.

What's New?
The Tutorial Drive is a new Esperanza program! In an effort to make complicated processes on Wikipedia easier for everyone, Esperanza working to create and compile a list of tutorials about processes here on Wikipedia. Consider writing one!
A discussion on how Esperanza relates to the encyclopedia has been started; please add your thoughts.
Many thanks to MiszaBot, courtesy of Misza13, for delivering the newsletter.
  • The list of proposed programs has been updated, with some proposals being archived.
  • There is now a new program: the Tutorial Drive! Consider writing a tutorial on something you are good at doing on Wikipedia.
  • The suggestion of adding a cohesive look to all the Esperanza pages is being considered; join the discussion if you are interested!
  • In order to make a useful interlanguage welcome template, those involved in translation projects will be asked what English Wikipedia policies are most important and confusing to editors coming from other language Wikipedias.
  • A discussion of Esperanza's role in Wikipedia is being held, with all thoughts of all Esperanzians wanted!
  • Shreshth91 informed everyone that he will be leaving the Esperanza council as life is rather busy; his spot will be filled by the runner up from the last election, HighwayCello.

Although having the newsletter appear on everyone's userpage is desired, this may not be ideal for everyone. If, in the future, you wish to receive a link to the newsletter, rather than the newsletter itself, you may add yourself to Wikipedia:Esperanza/Newsletter/Opt Out List.

Userpage

Wow. That's all I can say. If there were such a thing, I'd nominate you for having the best userspace I've ever seen. --Daniel575 | (talk) 00:05, 6 November 2006 (UTC)

Thanks. I thought I was done with userpage vandalism. Cheers, :) Dlohcierekim 00:51, 6 November 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for your note LOL, yes, but my signature now directs to my talk page. The vandals have to be extra determined to make it to my user page. Cheers, :) Dlohcierekim 16:53, 6 November 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for that one. :) I didn't even have to grab anybody, that was nice. Luna Santin 07:35, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
