Certainly notable, but the references are in a shocking state. There are at three least obits. Use them as a starting points. There are no page numbers in the refs. Pointing to sites without the appropriate properties is non-RS and fails WP:V. This the fourth time around the loop and if it comes up again, in this state, then I will reject it, as it is wasting people's time. Do the following.

Flatten the career section into a proper readable paragraph and supply references for that section, i.e. each sentence./
Remove the profile references and supply proper page references so it satisfies WP:V.
Provide a biliography section for references 19 and 20, so they can be read by the reader with a proper cite.
Take a look at WP:REFB to learn how to make a proper in-line citation.

ArbCom 2021 Elections voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 6 December 2021. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
