Proposed deletion of Ros omelette[edit]

The article Ros omelette has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Please stop replacing Konkani by Romi Konkani[edit]

Dear Axv4444, Welcome to Wikipedia. I appreciate your love for Romi Konkani, but please stop indiscriminately replacing all instances of Konkani by Konkani in the Roman script, when we are referring to the language in general and not to a particular script or dialect. If you continue this, action may be taken against you. I look forward to many good contributions from you on topics related to Konkani and Goa. I understand that you have good intentions, my concern is that first of all whenever we are referring to a language, we have to use Konkani, because Romi Konkani is not a language, but refers to a group of dialects like Bardeshi and Xaxtti. Therefore, it is incorrect to redirect 'Konkani language' to 'Romi Konkani'. Secondly, since all content in Wikipedia has to be verifiable, if you want to saythat a particular film is in Romi Konkani, there should be atleast one source that says so. Thirdly, specifying dialects and scripts where they are not required may needlessly cause tensions with people who are not particularly fond of Romi. Let us try to maintain unity as far as possible. Apart from the English Wikipedia, there are two other projects that might interest you: The Konkani Wikipedia, which is in the incubator, and the process of translating the Wikipedia interface into Konkani at translatewiki.net.
