Thanks for the words of encouragement. I've been making small edits here and there for a few years now sans user account; mostly I just browse around reading articles unless I spot something I can contribute. It's a lot of fun. Augustus Chip (talk) 21:38, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You do not need to use piped links for pluralized versions of words. For example [[flashforward]]s yields flashforwards and it is unnecessary to write [[flashforward|flashforwards]]. Also, do not italicize punctuation. Thanks, –thedemonhog talkedits 03:37, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. That'll save me some time. Augustus Chip (talk) 18:05, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

March 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to The Constant, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you believe there has been a mistake and would like to report a false positive, please report it here and then remove this warning from your talk page. If your edit was not vandalism, please feel free to make your edit again after reporting it. The following is the log entry regarding this warning: The Constant was changed by Augustus Chip (u) (t) making a minor change with obscenities on 2008-03-07T01:10:01+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot (talk) 01:10, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about that. I was just trying to revert to the last previous edit before the ones that were all by the same person. I didn't see that stuff. I'll try and be more careful. Augustus Chip (talk) 03:51, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

NIN WikiProject[edit]

I'd like to invite you to join the newly-formed Nine Inch Nails WikiProject. There's alot of NIN-related articles on Wikipedia that could use a little attention, and I hope this project can help organize an effort to improve them. So please, take a look and if you like what you see, help us get this project off the ground and a few Nine Inch Nails pages into the front ranks of Wikipedia articles. Thanks! –Drewcifer (talk) 00:07, 10 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the invitation. I'm by no means an expert, but I'll be glad to pitch in when and where I can. Augustus Chip (talk) 05:27, 10 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Kyuss (album) listed at Redirects for discussion[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Kyuss (album). Since you had some involvement with the Kyuss (album) redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. Morfusmax (talk) 19:59, 29 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
