I don't think it's bad enough to warrant deletion, but Wikipedia is not the place to raise awareness of issues and treatments - a peer-reviewed medical journal would be a much better venue for that purpose. Besides, the article definitely could do with some improvement; right now it's a wall of text with little structure, making it hard to read. Splitting it into sections would remedy that. There's also the strange use of @ throughout the article - is that supposed to be a ©? If so, it should be removed. And, maybe most importantly, significant portions of the article seem to be unreferenced, including statements where WP:MEDRS, the guideline on sources for medical content, would be relevant. Hi. Two questions:

  1. What relationship if any do you have with Ariane Medical systems?
  2. Would you please explain what you mean by "we" in your remark above?

Thanks. Jytdog (talk) 01:14, 4 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your questions 1. I declared no conflict of interest with Ariane Medical System. I have no financial involvement with Ariane. In addition, Xoft (Axxent,CA) who also makes X-ray brachytherapy machine is mentioned. 2. 'We' are the group of oncologist offering contact X-ray brachytherapy in the UK and Europe. There are 4 centres in the UK and 8 around Europe. Contact X-ray brachytherapy is a type of radiotherapy which users of Wikipedia should be aware of. Regards Asunmyint.
