Image without license[edit]

Twice in the last month has there been a permission for this photo been sent to wiki commons via mail, by the main author of the page Artwerkski and Luiz DePalma himself. Why this photo i constantly being deleted for permission issues is uncomprehensible. Both the producer of the image and the person depicted in it have given specific permission for it to be used on wikipedia and in other promotional purposes.

Unspecified source/license for File:Luiz depalma legal.jpg[edit]
