Chris Richards

It's a timestamp not a datestamp and is conventionally produced in football infoboxes by typing five tildes (~~~~~). This gives the time as well as the date in the same way as typing four will produce a signature like the one here. Its not a 'proper' timestamp without a time; I do not know off hand, how other US players' boxes are formatted (or how US editors change their sig., if indeed, they do) using the 'mdy' template does not help as it does within references. Wikipedia articles about books

Hi! I read this edit. I believe it is always necessary to link a book if it is an encyclopedic topic (if it meets WP:NBOOKS and/or WP:GNG). There are two reasons:

1. The book itself is an encyclopedic topic and should be linked.
2. Linking the article on the book helps Wikipedians learn more about the sources that they are relying on to build the article.

One can move the Google Books link off of the citation template and make it a link saying "read online" as I did in this revision (the template will not work if one tries to link the Wikipedia article and have something in the "url" parameter at the same time. Because it is important to link the Wikipedia article about the book, I deliberately moved the Internet Archive link off of the citation template). Additionally I added the internet archive link to the Wikipedia article about the book. WhisperToMe (talk) 02:57, 26 August 2022 (UTC)

Welcome to WikiProject Liberia!

Hello! I'm sorry this is so late. I only saw this today that you joined the WikiProject in June. I'm glad to see a new person enter the WikiProject. There are a few people listed as members, but it appears most of them are not really active with the subject anymore. The WikiProject, and coverage of Liberia generally, is fairly inactive now, but I long for a day when WikiProject Liberia, and the subject of Liberia as a whole, is being more actively edited and patrolled.
