A tag has been placed on Net Song Contest 2, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Removing Speedy at Net Song Contest 1[edit]

Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles you created, as you did with Net Song Contest 1. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please do the following:

  1. Place {{hangon}} on the page. Please do not remove any existing speedy deletion tag(s).
  2. Make your case on the article's talk page.

Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 13:45, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at the country names makes me think this is vandalism.

The image of Spears appears to me incorrectly described, viz-"La estatua de britney spears en el museo Madamme Tussauds en Londres" Image of Rybak is from Eurovision. Description of Perry is incorrect, viz- "Katy Perry beim Live-Konzert im Postbahnhof in Berlin"

Can you elaborate/explain what you are trying to accomplish?

Cheers, Dlohcierekim 14:09, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:Nika-turkovic-photo.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Nika-turkovic-photo.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 19:54, 17 November 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Camaron · Christopher · talk 19:54, 17 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Hera Björk, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://med.kuleuven.be/stemexpertisecentrum/Hera.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 08:16, 15 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Hera Björk requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. • Please note that even if the copyright issue were resolved, the promotional tone of a company or personal website is likely be unsuitable for an encyclopedia article, which requires a neutral point of view. JohnCD (talk) 10:52, 15 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File copyright problem with File:DORA2010-logog.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:DORA2010-logog.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Chris G Bot (talk) 00:14, 28 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

January 2010[edit]

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to the page Turkey in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010. Blank pages are malicious to Wikipedia as they often confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalized, please revert it to the last legitimate revision. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please use the deletion process for how to proceed. 5 albert square (talk) 19:27, 12 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to blank out or delete portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did to Georgia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, you will be blocked from editing. Camaron · Christopher · talk 20:58, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your addition to File:Croatia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009.jpg has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Camaron · Christopher · talk 21:05, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on The Islanders (band) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for musical topics. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

Fair use rationale for File:Belgium-jesc2010.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Belgium-jesc2010.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Skier Dude (talk 01:36, 19 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts. It appears from behavioural evidence (e.g uploading images with the tag Mr.eurosong) that this account is being operated by the same person as previously blocked User:Mr.eurosong. While this account is not directly evading a block, it is still being used to avoid scrutiny particularly in image uploads, which is not allowed. Please log-in to your original account and use that instead. Images from ESCKaz are copyrighted and should not be uploaded to Wikipedia without complying with the WP:NFCC; I have deleted infringing uploads that do not appear to have the potential to comply. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|Your reason here}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
