"Editwikipediausername" to "Anameofmyveryown"

• A changename request has been submitted at WP:CHU to change "Editwikipediausername" to "Anameofmyveryown". The latter name has been checked under WP:U and Special:Listusers and is believed to be non-lengthy (16 characters), non-misleading, non-disruptive, non-promotional and non-offensive. Flood Maps

Thanks for the great maps, and everything you have done to improve the article 2007 United Kingdom floods. Brilliant work.

Although, please could you upload Image:English counties flood damage July 24 2007.png, Image:Scottish counties flood damage July 24 2007.png, Image:Northern Ireland districts flood damage July 24 2007.png and Image:Welsh principal areas flood damage July 24 2007.png to Wikimedia Commons, so that all the Wikipedias and other Wikimedia projects can use them? They should be titled the same as their Wikipedia counterparts, and then should be added them to commons:2007 United Kingdom floods. The Wikipedia versions should then be flagged with {{subst:ncd}}.

For future reference, with all the free images you upload, could you always upload them to Commons? It just terns out a lot easier that way, for lots of reasons. — Jack · talk · 03:12, Monday, 30 July 2007

SVG use

Hi, I saw your further comments at Talk:Scalable Vector Graphics. There are many tools that can be used to edit SVGs, see this list. I personally use and recommend Inkscape, which is free and available for Unix, Win32 and MacOS. I hope this is helpful. --ChrisRuvolo (t) 20:31, 11 August 2007 (UTC)
