why am blocked from editing[edit]

today i changed a template that was made by that user, but the pics that i used were already used on wikipedia , i dint upload new pics.

It doesn't matter if it is already on wikipedia, you used fair use, non-free images in a manner forbidden by wikipedia after being warned.
You engaged in disruptive sockpuppetry. You are almost certainly User:D1061024473ec8f5506d933d3464966c8606dad6, and if not, you have the same extensive history of uploading violations AND you acted on his behalf to evade the block after the attempt using an IP was caught last night.

am not the guy u r talking about, and i dint invade anyone, if we both had the same idea of changing the image from the page Palestinian People , that doesnt mean we are the same guy , actually almost the 12 Million Palestinians would like to change that pic from that page , because we have many people of whom we are proud of, i dint invade anyone , its just you anti-palestini.

As I said, your option is to contact the functionaries list or Arbcom for an appeal.
