Hello--I moved Kevin de León back to the proper spelling. I gather that the problem you had was with the categorization, but that's fixed just by keeping the category index term as De León, while having the article where it belongs. If you look at Category:Current members of the California State Assembly, you'll see that he's located where he belongs, but with his lower-case 'd' intact. I created Machado's profile, I didn't change anything. The Assembly/Senate mixup was due to my using an assemblymember's template to create a new page and forgetting to update completely.
