Recent edits to Asha Parekh[edit]

Hello. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person (Asha Parekh), but that you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Materialscientist (talk) 09:58, 3 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

September 2019[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Asha Parekh, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Fylindfotberserk (talk) 16:36, 26 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Whatever you write in articles should be sourced. Add a source which says Asha Parekh was the highest paid actress of her time. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 16:45, 26 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. MrOllie (talk) 17:17, 26 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hema Malini[edit]

Hema Malini was the highest paid actress in 70s and 80s every indian knows it. As a proof you can check the income tax reports of 79s where indian superstars income were analysed. I will surely add my source in my next edit. But Hema Malini was the highest paid actress. AkshayPerswal6 (talk) 17:21, 26 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

AS per WP:BURDEN, the onus is on you to provide sources supporting your newly added content. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 17:28, 26 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Do not add original researches like you did here. Mention whatever is written in the source explicitly. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 10:43, 28 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Citation[edit]

Your referencing using cite template was wrong here, since you didn't provide the full url, only the domain name. This is how it is done. Go through Template:Cite news and related templates to know more. Also install Twinkle. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 14:50, 2 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
