Apparently, I was the one who took these shot, although as a group, we share one camera. Currently a Student Council here (assistant), and so, I asked my fellas about copyrights and stuff and said that images can be used publicly, just it can only be used in Wikipedia, Facebook, Twitter and other publicity stuffs related to the subject: Polytechnic University of the Philippines and these files should not be modified. Is my license now correct according to my explanation?

Unfortunately, due to your many recent copyright violations, we cannot believe everything you say immediately. Assuming that what you are saying is the truth, it may be that your phone simply does not have EXIF data (which would be very useful in verifying authorship claims). According to [1], the phone's camera should have a resolution of 3.2 MP, but your photo only has 1.6 MP.
