Do not edit war[edit]

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to scratch, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. I think there was a mistake, I was adding more links. Abrown1019 (talk) 19:00, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Disambiguation pages only get one link per entry. I will be reverting you again, and blocking you for violating the 3 revert rule. - UtherSRG (talk) 19:04, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  UtherSRG (talk) 19:04, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome[edit]

Hello Abrown1019 and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your contributions did not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the sandbox (but beware that the contents of the sandbox are deleted frequently) rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a Help desk, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! UtherSRG (talk) 19:11, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Do not overlink[edit]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at Dan K. Morhaim, you may be blocked from editing. There is a Wikipedia Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Specifically in this case, MOS:OVERLINK, which you have previously been warned against in edit summaries. - UtherSRG (talk) 01:04, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

October 2023[edit]

Please stop making test edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Age of History. It can lead to being blocked from editing. If you would like to experiment again, please use your sandbox. UtherSRG (talk) 14:40, 2 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Also, do not create redirects from the main article space to alternate namespaces such as Draft. - UtherSRG (talk) 14:41, 2 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Template:Aenwefhiefwuihdwfuhkhferufyhfewihhwfeihhewfhigwefyuh, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that the page The New Order: Last Days of Europe has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consisted only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, or you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hello, Abrown1019,
Why did you create this template that was deleted or this empty page in main space? What were they for? Why did you move pages around? If you want to experiment, please do so in your User space. And don't move pages around from namespace to namespace unless you are moving a draft article to main space. Moving User pages to Template space and back is just disruptive. Your edits are beginning to look like vandalism and are starting to remind me a former editor who has been blocked indefinitely. Please become a productive contributor. Liz Read! Talk! 22:05, 10 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, the introduction of inappropriate pages, such as User:Asher2012, is considered vandalism and is prohibited. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion.

Oh yeah verifiablity and citing and moving ok I know that was disruptive, I will try not to do it again.Abrown1019 (talk) 01:10, 11 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Test edits, only on the sandbox from now on? No more random movement? “Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia that ^anyone^ can edit?” WHICH IS NOW A LIE! I did not mean to disrupt the project, and now that I know, I will try not to do it again.Abrown1019 (talk) 11:52, 11 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You've been given several chances to improve your behavior, and all you have done is find a different way to be disruptive. I do not see you having any reason to extend trust further. - UtherSRG (talk) 11:57, 11 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You removed my advice above that you should take the time to actually read the guide, but that doesn't make it go away. You have either still not read it, or you have and are not taking it seriously if you think this is an acceptable appeal. You're wasting our time now, and I'm revoking your talk page access. Stop making new accounts[edit]

Creating new accounts to pretend to be different people is not allowed; see the sockpuppetry policy. You are also not permitted to make new accounts to evade a block. As long as you remain blocked, any new accounts you create will also be blocked, and if you edit without logging in then your IP address will be publicly revealed and will also be blocked. If you would like to see where we're keeping track, please see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Abrown1019. Repeat block evasion will lead to a ban from Wikipedia.

If you want to be unblocked, you will have to write an appeal that convinces administrators that you can contribute to Wikipedia without continuing to cause problems. Wikipedia is a serious project to compile a free-to-use and free-to-edit encyclopedia; it is not a website for you to make games with other users' contributions, nor is it here for you to "experiment" with advanced functions you've just discovered but haven't bothered to read how to use properly. Everything you can do on Wikipedia has a guide on how to do it (for example WP:MOVE for moving pages) and yes we do expect you to read them, rather than running around cluelessly making problems for other users to fix. We know that mistakes happen but we expect you to be here for the same serious purpose as the millions of other people who contribute: to create an encyclopedia. If you are not here to contribute, kindly go away.

As I said before (and you deleted), if you want to be unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks. It is long, but take the time, and pay attention especially to the WP:SOCKBLOCK section. If you have read it all, and you seriously want to contribute, then write a new appeal at WP:UTRS and someone else will review. Thank you. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 14:45, 28 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
