Thanks for cleaning up and expanding Proofs involving the Moore–Penrose pseudoinverse[edit]

In particular, you simplified the proof of A+ = A* (A A*)+ a lot, great work! --RainerBlome (talk) 17:14, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Proofs involving the Moore–Penrose inverse is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Proofs involving the Moore–Penrose inverse until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article.

Hi Abelian, the page has already been transwikied to Wikibooks, including edit history, but dewikified there. For links, see the discussion. The question is whether Wikibooks is a better place than Wikipedia for the proofs page. I notified you because you've contributed the most edits to the page (which used to be a subpage of Moore–Penrose inverse, but subpages have been disabled in article space). Regardless of the outcome of the deletion discussion, I highly appreciate your contributions. You've significantly improved the proof page, thank you! Should you participate in the move discussion, I would be especially interested in whether you think you would have contributed as much if the page was hosted at Wikibooks. Happy editing! --RainerBlome (talk) 09:27, 13 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Latin Letters used in Mathematics[edit]

Dear Abelian,

I am a new editor on Wikipedia by the name of Kabiryani (Kabir for short)! When I started editing, the Wikipedia algorithm suggested that I do some referencing on an article on Latin Letters used in Mathematics. I was surprised when I saw absolutely no citations for such an important mathematical article! I came to you since your name is Abelian and the Latin letter A represents an Abelian Group! I've started to do some citations but it's a slow process. If you or the Mathematics WikiProject, could help me reference this article, I would be very gracious! I am currently doing GCSE level maths but I am a keen and able mathematician in England! I would also love to learn more about the steps I need to take to join a WikiProject and help contribute to this fantastic resource! --Kabiryani (talk) 16:17, 22 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
