You asked about the US stuff on Theatre of the Oppressed; if you have sources, go ahead and add them--I removed the section because I couldn't see why that info was notable (plenty of ToO groups around, Boal lectured all over the US, why would that one be notable, etc.). If you have sources indicating the notability of the events described, then do add it; otherwise I don't think that it's relevant to an encylopedia article.
