If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. See here for more information. If Wikipedia were better designed there would be a more user-friendly, context-sensitive route to providing feedback. Unfortunately we have to make the best of the current design, with all its faults. I suggest you reflex upon how you might influence the design to reduce the problems which seem to offend you.

I just linked to it for you; seems pretty simple to me. I'm sure it is not easy to design the perfect website for each and every user out of the millions that come here every day.
