That's why my summary read

The words "no COI, just trying to clarify the subheader placement" indicate that all i did was move the code for the subhead. Yes, COI editing can result in an account being blocked -- but sending pointless warning notices to long-time Wikipedians can cause the sender to be seen as uncivil. Oh. I forgot. citation request

I'm sorry you find it burdensome, but referencing your own website for any claims such as "Eclipse published titles such as Miracleman by Alan Moore and Neil Gaiman, The Rocketeer by Dave Stevens, and Zot! by Scott McCloud" really does need third party sourcing. I am only trying to improve the article for everyone.Theroadislong (talk) 19:27, 19 October 2015 (UTC)

I do not find this "burdensome," but i hope you understand that Eclipse published about 1,500 comic books, trading cards, posters, and graphic novels, and i cannot provide a third party source for each one.

As i explained on the biography's talk page, in the past when i suggested posting scans of comic books with the Eclipse logo and my masthead credits to source the material, i was told that this was unacceptable because it was "original research." Later i was told that my own statements and the indexing of my own work was unacceptable because it constituted a "conflict of interest."

So this time, to please you, i spent a moment and i did provide an impeccable ref from The Atlantic magazine in which i was cited as the editor of Scott McCloud's "Zot!" -- but seriously, the problem is still there, because next time someone will cite-tag the fact that Eclipse published "Scout" or that i actually edited "Airboy." There can no end to it, technically speaking, until all 1,500 items that Eclipse published have been cite-tagged and sourced.

On the talk page of the article i have given you tools to conduct sourcing research yourself at the Grand Comics Database, and as long as you recognize the GCD as reliable (most people do), then you will find it of help in working on the biographies of all other comic book professionals as well as myself -- and maybe we can put an end to this endless searching for citations.

I notice you often add links to the word Jewish on WP, when you are doing this, please could you also add Palestinan too? They also do not "wish to be erased" Apeholder (talk) 03:46, 14 October 2019 (UTC)
