Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Kingdom Hall has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://delray.patch.com/articles/stalled-kingdom-hall-project-frustrates-neighbors.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. I actually live in Fairfax Parish and have studied the history of Truro and Fairfax Parishes and Christ Church. I am disturbed by several misstatements in this piece on Fairfax Parish. For example, the Falls Church is not the primary church in the parish. What has been known as Christ Church since about 1816 is the primary parish church. It was initially known as Fairfax Church because it was the primary church. The parishioners of Fairfax Church bought land in the western part of the parish and used that church's design to build a second church, which became known as the Falls Church because it was close to the falls of the Potomac. The glebe was purchased by Fairfax Church. The church kept the glebe after the disestablishment of the church because Alexandria was then part of the District of Columbia.

The statement "The Anglican church was the established religion of the Colony of Virginia from 1619 - 1776." is misleading and incorrect. The Act for Establishing Religious Freedom was passed by the Virginia General Assembly in 1786, disestablishing the Church of England in Virginia. Virginians continued to worship as Anglicans throughout the War for Independence, and the church wasn't renamed the Episcopal Church until 1789. Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Gitta Escher. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it.
Your edit here to Gitta Escher was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline.
