WP blocked Public Library Computers in New Zealand[edit]

The above IP blockage by a bot, referring to "mansplaining", has apparently affected editing from public-library computers, and thus prevented the correction proposal below from being properly saved into the Talk page of the WP article "Types of democracy"; Please correct the indiscriminate indefinite use of such blockings... and transfer the contribution below to the correct page! 11/5/2018 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 210.48.190.71 (talkcontribs) 01:49, May 11, 2018 (UTC)

Improvement/Correction Proposal of WP Article "Types of democracy"[edit]

The introducing sentence/section of the WP article "Types of democracy" should be changed as follows in order not to mislead:

Types of democracy[1] lists governmental or social structures using democracy variations/derivates/pretences. This article relies on the broader use rather than the proper definition of the word democracy in order to achieve a complete presentation. 10/5/2018 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 210.48.190.71 (talkcontribs) 23:10, May 10, 2018 (UTC)
