Hello, I'm Aviram7. I noticed that in this edit to Belarusian ruble, you removed all the content from the page. Please do not do this. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. As a rule, if you discover a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If a page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you wish to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. 🥇ÀvîRâm7(talk)🩺 08:35, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

We are Belarusians, not Russians. I removed the Russian language. नमस्ते. 178.120.60.5 (talk) 08:38, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Check my IP address. As someone who lives in Belarus don't I have say in this? I don't want my country to be associated with Russia. We have our own language. 178.120.60.5 (talk) 08:47, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

I just explained my edit to you. You haven't replied to my explanation @Materialscientist. How is it vandalism?? You're just giving me these automated responses. 178.120.60.5 (talk) 08:53, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Russian is one of the two official languages of Belarus. The majority of Belarusian use it as a first language. Materialscientist (talk) 08:55, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
This wasn't our choice. Do you think Belarus is a democracy? Our elections are a sham. 178.120.60.5 (talk) 08:58, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia is not a political battleground, it is simply an encyclopedia, a collection of facts. Materialscientist (talk) 08:59, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Well the fact is that most of us do, indeed, speak Russian because it was imposed on us, by the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union. We don't speak Belarusian because we don't know our own language, as most schools are in Russian.
Hopefully my edit can start a conversation to change the policy regarding articles about Belarus. From both Belarusian registered users and IP addresses alike. 178.120.60.5 (talk) 09:13, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
See above. Do not use Wikipedia for political purposes. Materialscientist (talk) 09:19, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Everything is about politics when we edit articles about countries, their currencies, their laws, their people, etc.
Your reverts have political implications, even if it isn't your intention. 178.120.60.5 (talk) 09:43, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
