Per WP:NOTBROKEN [[Striker (association football)|Striker]] is to be preferred over [[Forward (association football)#Striker|Striker]], [[Left-back]] over [[Defender (association football)#Full-back|Left-back]], [[Winger (association football)|Winger]] over [[Midfielder#Winger|Winger]] etc..
