The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. В началото на м. април 2017г. получих телефонно обаждане от моята съученичка Мария Петрова Караиванова – Стойнова, понастоящем учител-пенсионер, жител на гр. Шумен, че в Уикипедия са публикувани интересни данни за родното ни село Ресен, Великотърновска област, които би следвало да се трактуват в две направления: - От национално значение (ползване) и - За регионално, местно значение (ползване) По първото могат да се ползват (и допълват) данни от Енциклопедия „България“ 1986г. т.5, стр.750; и Голяма енциклопедия „България“ 2011г., както и книгите на учителя – историк Стефан Трифонов Минчев /10.05.1925 – 31.08.2011г./: - Търново и Търновския край … от ХV – ХVI век, 1983г. - Родовете на Ресен, 2000г., описани по азбучен ред, със съответните таблици по родословия. Изключителен труд, пълен с подробности за изявени личности у нас и в чужбина! - История на Ресен, 2001г. (до Освобождението на България), наречена т.1, с надеждата, че ще се намерят издатели и на т.2, 3 - Баберки сред спомените, или Светлина под крина, 2004г.

Роденият в с. Ресен, Макариополски Епископ Николай, Drhc, дългогодишен Председател на Патриаршеската катедрала, храм-паметник Александър Невски и Ректор на Духовната академия в София (от род Гайдардочеви, стр.125 от „Родовете …“), /р. 17.04.1908 – 19.07.1981/, беше отпечатана на машинопис 8 екз. „ Спомени за с. Ресен“ – като продължение усилията на учителя Данаил Попов за написване История на с. Ресен, които екземпляри, изпратили до кметството и читалището безследно изчезват. Такава е и съдбата на преписа им от моя страна към 1978г., които също би следвало да се съхраняват най-малко в читалището, или музея на селото. В тях подробно са описани традиционният бит на реснелии, техните обичаи и вярвания, както и подробности за известни личности до около 40-те години на миналия (XIX) век. Що се отнася до съвременниците, неотдавна по БНТ, в „Умно село“ бе излъчен филм за художника Милко Йорданов Божков, роден на 03.03.1953 г. в с. Ресен, понастоящем живее и твори в с. Стефан Стамболово, Великотърновска област. Филмът в основни линии проследява творческия му път, въз основа на неговия пътепис „Ей, там“, с пейзажи около р. Негованка и р. Росица! (април 2011г.). Могат да се ползват цитати от животоописанието. Неговият баща – Йордан Михайлов Божков (р.1928г.) е бил дългогодишен директор на ОУ „Христо Ботев“, с. Ресен (допълнение към стр.5). Не е по силите ми, тъй като съм напуснал с. Ресен преди 60 години, но било добре да се изрази уважение към работилите в местните учреждения, и имена и по години – в Кметството, ОУ „Христо Ботев“, Читалище „Народна просвета“, Целодневна Детска Градина, Здравен кабинет, Поща, Музей, Книжарница, Аптека, Спортен клуб … Така например, през 2017г. се навършват 100г. (1917г.) от основаването на ловно-стрелческа дружинка „Сокол“, т.е. ловно-рибарско дружество. По юношески спомени се сещам, че Андрей Савов Гушев (учител по математика) беше и добър спортист (нещо като Георги Аспарухов за селото) и би могло спортен клуб (секция) да носи неговото име. Ами, какви традиции имаха местните оркестри, какви хора се извиваха на площада, по празници, на „дансинга“ в ресторанта … Предполагам, че данни за редица още събития има в музея на селото. Каква е неговата съдба, на експонатите му?
