Welcome!

Welcome to Wikipedia!!! First of all, I would like to thank you for visiting Wikipedia and my personal page. I'm a native speaker of English, and love reading fantasy books; may I introduce some to you? The Dragonlance series, Shannara series, and Animorphs are my favourites. Anyway, I hope that Wikipedia will become an even better encyclopedia than it is already.

I just came back from a very long Wikibreak; so I just want to let you Wikipedians know that somewhere out there, I'm still alive. That means you're free to ask me any questions, or contact me about anything (and everything). I'm still open for coaching, so send me a message if you need a coach. If you want someone else for whatever reason, look here. I'm only free on weekends though, so I won't be able to respond to your messages that quickly. And my autograph page is still up and running, so don't hesitate to add your siggie in there! And I have a couple (only a couple, I'm afraid...I'm too lazy to make more =)) of cards that I've made featured here; take a look! Well, that's all I guess. Cheers and a happy new year to you! Edit: I am no longer active on Wikipedia (as a User, at least) so I'm afraid I can't answer questions from anyone - I suggest that you try looking for an active User around the site if you really need help. When all else fails, moderators, admins, even the Community Portal on your left will work. See you around!

Tarantula Nebula
The Tarantula Nebula, also known as 30 Doradus, is a large H II region in the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC). It is one of the largest H II regions in the Local Group, with an estimated diameter around 650 to 1860 light years. It is around 160,000 light-years from Earth and has apparent magnitude of 8. The Tarantula Nebula was first observed by Nicolas-Louis de Lacaille during an expedition to the Cape of Good Hope between 1751 and 1753. This high-resolution photograph was taken by the Hubble Space Telescope and shows the star-forming region of Tarantula Nebula with the R136 super star cluster at its center.Photograph credit: NASA, ESA, Space Telescope Science Institute

Centralizing project discussion

When a project includes multiple operational pages, it is generally best to redirect their discussion pages to the main discussion page for the project. That way, participants remain aware of what is going on with the project without having to search out every nook and cranny where discussions may be taking place.

The exception to this strategy is when a task is delegated that would generate a great deal of discussion, and centralizing it with the project's other discussions would create a discussion page of unmanageable size.

How to create a link to another article

Click on "Edit" at the top of an article. Then place double square brackets around the topic you want to link to.

For example: pear

produces the link pear

For the plural write this: pears

which will look like this: pears

If you want to create a link to a section of an article (for example "Cultivation" of the "pear" article) place an internal hyperlink "Pear#Cultivation" separated by a vertical bar ( "|" ).

For example: cultivation of pears
which will look like this:

cultivation of pears
