I'm currently a student at Duke University earning a PhD in Biochemistry/Structural Biology. My time is split between a few projects, one of which aims to study conformational heterogeneity of the protein ubiquitin by solving new high-resolution crystal structures at both room temperature and cryogenic temperature. I am also involved in updating the hydrogen positions and van der Waals radii in the MolProbity web server and in the Phenix crystallographic suite.
